These terms cover use of catalyst88.app, the free founder network tools, and Founder OS. By using the service, you agree to them.
The service
Catalyst88 is a founder operating system and public website operated by Steve Simonson, doing business as Catalyst88.
Some tools are free to join. Founder OS company tools, seats, and unlimited hosting require a paid plan when one is offered.
Accounts
You must provide an accurate email address and keep your sign-in details secure.
You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
We may suspend or close an account that is abused, unpaid when payment is required, or used to harm other people or the service.
Your work
You keep the rights in the company and personal material you enter.
You grant Catalyst88 a limited license to host, display, and process that material only as needed to run the product for you and for people you invite.
Do not upload material you do not have the right to use.
Acceptable use
Do not break the law, attack the service, scrape other people's private workspaces, or use Catalyst88 to send unsolicited bulk messages.
Do not attempt to access another founder's private workspace or rooms without an invitation.
Advertising on public pages
Public marketing pages may display Google AdSense ads. Advertising cookies and opt-out choices are described in the Privacy Policy.
No warranty
The service is provided as is. Forecasts, AI suggestions, and other outputs are tools for founder judgment, not professional advice, and they can be wrong.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Steve Simonson and Catalyst88 are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for Catalyst88 in the three months before the claim, or twenty-five U.S. dollars if you paid nothing.

These terms were last updated on 2026-08-27. Continued use after a posted change means you accept the updated terms.
